XXXVII FORMVLA

Peliti’s Vermouth Bianco was born from the fusion of tradition and exoticism. This formula, one of the most complex and sought-after in Peliti’s cookbook, is distinguished by its unmistakable floral notes and the lively nuances of Indian spices, masterfully balanced with the intense bitterness of double absinthe.
The choice of Moscato del Piemonte as the base gives this vermouth an unparalleled aromaticity, enriched by the fascinating complexity of its ingredients, making it decidedly unique compared to traditional artisanal vermouths.
Each bottle of Peliti’s Vermouth Bianco is finished with handcrafted care, testifying to the attention to detail and quality that characterize the Peliti house.
Presented in elegant tubular cases or, upon request, in exclusive
wooden cases, these bottles not only embody the liquid excellence within them but also become a symbol of sophistication and style, perfect for those who wish to explore new dimensions of taste and aroma in the world of vermouths.

Who is Federico Peliti?

He was a Piedmontese entrepreneur, sculptor, photographer, and pastry chef and was an iconic figure in Queen Victoria’s court in the late 1800s. His restaurant, a haunt of British high society in India, is even mentioned by Rudyard Kipling in one of his famous stories. Since 1877, Peliti’s Vermouth, produced at the request of Prince Edward VII of Wales, has won international medals thanks to its unique formula: a harmonious fusion of Indian spices, Piedmontese flowers, the bitterness of absinthes and the sweetness of Monferrato’s raisin muscat. Peliti was able to embody the spirit of the Belle Époque, combining the exotic with tradition.
